The Hanworth Mini League was formed back in 1989 and founded by the current League Chairman, Mick Coonan. The League has always been run on a Thursday night, under the same format of 21 legs, comprising of 16 singles, 4 pairs and a four. The league consists of two divisions, with the last placed three division one teams relegated at the end of the season, and replaced with the Division Two champions, Runners-Up and third placed team. Two league seasons are run every year, known as the Summer or Winter leagues. There are competitions in each league to establish Singles, Pair, Fours and Mixed Pairs Champions. More information is available on our competitions page. There is both a finals night and presentation night at the end of each league season. The league prides itself in the friendly team spirit between all the competing teams, although can be very competitive on the oche. We also welcome the input from any players, and will listen to any comments and suggestion which could help to make the Hanworth Mini Darts League one of, if not the best run leagues in the area.
