In the unlikely event of any dispute, we are obliged to submit details of our terms and conditions.
We take pride in the appearance of our vehicle, and promise that it will be fully cleaned, polished and valeted prior to leaving our premises before commencing our journey to the pick-up address. Although we spend any available spare time on maintaining the appearance of the vehicle, throughout the time of hire, we cannot guarantee the car will be perfectly clean if the car has travelled a great distance, particulary in adverse weather, or where road surfaces are wet or mucky. This also applies to insects or other debris which may come into contact with the vehicle.
It is the full responsibility of the client to verify the times, dates and address through confirmation. Acceptance and proof of confirmation will be by way of written form or email. Each will remain on file as part of our contract agreement. The booking is accepted on the basis of the times and itinerary stated.
A deposit will be agreed at the time of the initial enquiry, and must be in place in order that we can confirm the booking. All deposits are non-refundable, and the full balance must be settled no later than 21 days before the date of the booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing, and must be received no later than 21 days before the date of the booking. The full amount of the booking will be refunded only if the cancellation is within this time. We will not refund any initial deposits where cancellation is received less than 21 days from the date of hire.
In the unlikely event of the vehicle breaking down, every effort will be made to get another 'Wedding Car' to the location as soon as possible. If this is not possible, every effort will be made to provide another vehicle from a local source, and offer a 100% refund less our costs.
We will endeavour to meet deadlines, however, we cannot accept any responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, road closure, traffic incident, severe weather etc.
We cannot accept any responsibility for restriction relating to vehicle access at any time.
The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers.
The driver will refuse to transport luggage and/or passengers where they consider the load to be in excess of safe limits.
The driver has the right to terminate any booking if at any time they consider that the passengers cause excessive delay, are disordely, or in the drivers judgement, are unfit to travel.
All bookings are accepted on the express understanding that the hirer full accepts all of the above terms and conditions. The receipt of a paid deposit will signify that these terms and conditions are accepted in full. |
